For Professionals
You already do the work. This keeps the record.
Pawcial is where dog walkers, cat sitters and drop-in visitors run the clients they already have β bookings, start and end times, and a log each client confirms. Your clients still pay you directly. We never touch the money.
Free while we build it β and free permanently for everyone who joins before pricing exists.
Built around a working day, not a demo
Every part of this exists because the alternative was a text thread, a memory, and an awkward conversation at the end of the month.

Bookings that match how you actually work
A single walk, or a holiday you cover every day for a fortnight. Pick the dates on a calendar and each day becomes its own booking β so if one day falls through, that day is the only one affected.
- β±οΈ
Start and end, not a number you type
You start a walk when you collect the dog and end it when they're home. The duration comes from those two moments, which means the record says what happened rather than what someone remembered.
- β
A record your client confirms
When you finish, the parent gets a notification and confirms it. If they don't respond within 72 hours it confirms itself, so a quiet client never costs you the record of your own work.
- πΎ
Dogs and cats, named properly
Walks for dogs, sitting for cats, drop-in visits for either. Your clients see the service you actually offer, and a cat client is never described as a dog.
- π₯
Clients you approve
A parent asks, or you add them with your share code. Nothing is shared either way until you both agree, and either side can end it.
- π
A verified profile
Every professional confirms a phone number by text before their profile goes live. Parents are handing over their keys and their animal β the least we can do is make sure you're reachable.
Four steps to your first logged walk
- 01
Set up your professional profile
Your name, your neighbourhood, what you offer β dog walking, cat sitting, drop-in visits β and a phone number you verify by text. Pick the services honestly: it decides which parents can find you.
- 02
Bring your clients in
You get a share code. Send it to the clients you already have and they connect to you directly, without searching. New parents can also find you and request you once you have a couple of reviews.
- 03
Book the work
Most bookings are ones you already agreed by phone, so you enter them and they're scheduled. When a parent asks first, it arrives as a request for you to accept or decline.
- 04
Walk it, log it
Start the walk when you collect them β you can check several dogs in at once β and end it when they're back. Your client sees it start, and gets asked to confirm when it's done.
Straight Answers
The questions professionals actually ask
- What does it cost?
- Nothing today. We're building the professional side with the people using it, and anyone who joins before pricing exists keeps their free access permanently β that's a commitment, not an introductory offer.
- Do you take a cut of what I charge?
- No. Your clients pay you directly, exactly as they do now. Pawcial never handles the money, sets your rates, or sits between you and the person paying you.
- Will you send me clients?
- Sometimes, honestly not often at first. Parents can find you in the app, but Pawcial is a way to run the clients you have rather than a marketplace that supplies new ones. Anyone promising you a full book is selling something else.
- Do you background-check professionals?
- No, and we say so on every profile. We verify a phone number and show reviews from people you've actually worked for. We tell parents to meet in a public park first and ask for references β because that's genuinely safer than a badge we can't stand behind.
- Is my clients' information shared?
- No. A client relationship exists only when both sides approve it, and it shows their pet's details to you and your work to them. Nothing goes to anyone else.
- What if a client says a walk didn't happen?
- They can dispute it, and you'll be told. Because start and end are timestamped, the disagreement is about a record rather than two memories β which is the whole reason it works that way.
